Friends and family of Summerlin,

On the morning of Wednesday, September 3rd, we unfortunately lost a beloved member of our community.

John Garrabrant unexpectedly passed away, leaving behind his two beautiful children, Luke and Scarlet, and the love of his life, his wife Nicole. The Garrabrants moved their family from New Jersey to Las Vegas when their kids were young and have since taken an active role in our community and are loved by so many.

Luke is a sophomore at West Tech High School and a member of the Durango football team. He is a face many parents know so well as he plays a huge role in helping with kids' summer camps.

Scarlet is a 5th grader at Goolsby Elementary School.

John Garrabrant currently worked for the Las Vegas Raiders, where he was described as funny and ALWAYS positive with a smile.

This passing comes as a shock for so many and we need to rally around this family in their time of grief. Please help us by donating to help Nicole and her kids when life takes an unexpected turn.
