Help John Gallagher Rebuild After Apt Fire
Spende geschützt
Our brother John lived in the Upper Merion apt complex that caught fire 1/29/20 about 10:30 pm. He lived on the 3rd floor where the fire started. After hearing commotion and the smoke alarms, he opened his door only to have his apt instantly fill with black smoke. He was wearing his pajamas only, no socks or shoes and he couldn't even find his glasses. He felt his way through the smoke by placing his hands along the hallway walls till he reached the stairwell and got out of the building with the help of the police. He was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Physically he is doing fine (thank God he survived) but emotionally he is struggling since he has lost everything. He was a surfer and a hiking/camping enthusiast. He loved being outdoors. He went to Kenya on 2 mission trips and is very dedicated to and active in his church. We can't imagine losing everything and having to start over. He has an incredible support system with his family, but so many have asked what they can do to help. We thought this was the best way for anyone that wanted to contribute to helping him start over. We are so grateful for all of the prayers and love that has surrounded our family and our brother. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
