Our good friend and longtime pillar of the LA music community John Giovanazzi had a stroke last week. Due to the unfortunate current state of affairs with our healthcare system, he is facing mounting medical bills as he prepares for a long recovery. Please consider helping John out as he gets back on his feet.

"This is not how I wanted to tell everyone (and this still feels bizarre typing), but this past Friday at work, I had a stroke caused by undiagnosed type 2 diabetes. After a few days in the hospital getting a million tests, I'm back home on all the slow, annoying recovery things. Please be understanding if I'm slow to respond to messages (typing is difficult), and I'll see everyone at the usual thanksgiving gathering of the crew, or Artoo's birthday or one of the up coming shows."
