It is with great sadness that we’re letting you know that John E. Green has passed away. He was on a road trip to see his friends in Carmel, California one last time. John battled terminal prostate cancer the last four and a half years. He lived life in a very loud and colorful way (both in dress and speech)! He loved his kids and his grandkids. His family meant everything to him. He always had his camera in hand to take a selfie with you. He would do anything for you at the drop of a hat if you asked or even if you didn’t ask. He loved Dr. Pepper and he also loved purple and wore it proudly. He loved the Utah Utes and always said “I’m red ‘til I’m dead”. He always made you smile. He’s the type of guy you’d meet and within five minutes he was your good friend.

See you on the flip side, Dad. You will always be remembered.

All donations will go to the Green family and be used to help with John’s funeral expenses and transportation of the body.
