John Dovitski

On behalf of the Woodford Lake Board, I am Bob Goric, and we announce with great sadness the unexpected passing away of John Dovitski on July 29, 2022, days after having surgery. Very sudden and very sad. He leaves his wife Linda and other family members. John had a 'huge heart to help others, anytime' with a great what do you need' unforgettable personality. John loved living on the lake with Linda and was a snowmobiling and quad enthusiast, sports fan, past president of Snobusters, did various tasks for the Town of Woodford, and was our Road Commissioner - working hard and maintaining our roads. We hope to raise money to show support to Linda and the Dovitsky family and ease the pain of losing John so unexpectedly. And as a Big Thank You in remembrance for all the time and efforts and giving heart that John had as he gave to everyone - now it's our turn to give and support those he loved.
