We are heartbroken and outraged by the loss of our brother, son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, John Davis, to the insidious epidemic that has killed 72,000 people in 2018 in the US alone. The bitter truth is that sustainable and successful treatment is too expensive for most families to afford and insurance companies' incentives are not aligned for long-term rehabilitation. 

Solid treatment facilities do exist, but the costs make it impossible for the majority of those that suffer from substance abuse to afford. 

After the tragic loss of John Davis, we're committed to ensuring that people who need the help can access it financially. We've created a fund called the John Davis Register Recovery Scholarship to give people with the will to fight, the chance to win.
