John Cichocki - 24yrs. old  passed away suddenly on August 13, 2018.  We are trying to raise money for John's young family.  John, who was a great Dad to Declan (1 1/2 yrs. old) and an awesome boyfriend to my niece  Abby.  John was a great addition to our family and will be sorely missed.
