Dear Friends, Families, and CVS Health Colleagues,

My name is Vi Vu and I am currently working at CVS Pharmacy in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Last Friday, my technician, Eileen Chou received heartbreaking news that her husband, John Chih, had passed away at the age of 47 and left behind his wife Eileen and two young children, unprepared and in need of help, both mentally and financially.

As Eileen's coworker and friend, I started this fundraiser to help cover the cost of her husband John Chih's funeral expenses.

Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help. We aim to raise $5,000 by 05/09/2023 in order to cover the cost of John’s funeral service.

It would mean a lot if you could share John’s funeral fundraiser with others who knew him and his family. Eileen has brought so much joy and excellent care to our patients and communities over her 20 years at CVS Health. It is now our turn to bring back some hope into her life.
