Our dear friends John, Jen, Ashley and Haley are gearing up for another battle with the big bad cancer.
John’s cancer is requiring a two-step process to get it under control. John’s surgery is scheduled for November 20th and the radiation will begin approximately 3-5 weeks after that.
To recount John’s cancer journey is mind boggling. It started with being diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer back in 2006, enduring the Whipple procedure, recovery, keeping the BAD GUY at bay for years, some intervention as needed and now, the fight is back on. Please consider donating to this Go Fund Me to help the Burkes financially. As you can imagine not only does cancer try to have its way with everyone involved, it does have its way with our finances.
