John was hit by a car while crossing the street this weekend. He sustained serious injuries however is in good spirits and we are hoping for a full and speedy recovery. I have limited information as to what exactly happened/ extent of injuries and will add additional details as they become available. 

John is a great friend and personal trainer! He has helped me overcome serious injuries I sustained in a car accident in 2017. Without the ongoing personal training I receive at Solid Training I would not have the quality of life I am able to enjoy today! 

I am hoping to raise money to help cover some  of John’s expenses.
