John and Rhys Bischoff Mission Trip Fundraiser

Hi, my name is John Bischoff and I am asking for your support in helping my son Rhys and I travel to Peru in July of 2024 to help with mission work. My family and I have been attending Connection Church in Wooster, OH for the past year and half and as we have become more connected to the church, we have begun volunteering with various aspects of the church. My wife Heather and I serve in the children's ministry, while she also helps with hospitality and I help with the safety team.

About a year ago, a visit from a missionary really sparked an interest in my son Rhys to help those that are less fortunate. I remember watching him listen to the missionary talk about his mission work with those that are human trafficked from Central and South America. At the end of the meeting, Rhys reached into his own wallet and took out the only $20 he had to give to the missionary. He said they needed the money more than he did. Ever since that day, he has been waiting for the opportunity to serve in the mission field. Fast forward to our church (Connection Church) in Wooster launching their God Sized Vision. This mission is to invest ourselves into mission work within our church, locally, and around the world. As part of this vision, a team of church member will be traveling to Peru to serve in the mission field for a week. We will be working on various building projects, working with the local people, and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to local community that we will work in. While Rhys and I are working diligently to raise funds for this trip, would love to have your support in helping us to spread the Gospel and to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
