As many of you know, on Wednesday September 30th my dear brother Richie Lupo passed suddenly.
It took alot of pulling together but my parents and sisters and I were able to pool our resources and provide him with a modest funeral service.
As if times were not hard enough for my mother, it seems as though my Father's heart isn't handling the loss of his only son well and he had to be admitted to the CCU at Wilson Memorial hospital late last night (10/8/2020) where he will stay for an undetermined amount of time. My parents are both disabled and retired. My father works part time but has been out of work since my brother's death and will remain out of work for the foreseeable future. Their savings took a hit when carrying out my brother's cremation and funeral and now they will end up with a fresh mountain of medical bills. I am doing all I can to be of assistance to them but am a stay at home mom with a special needs son myself and our funds are limited since the funeral as well.
We still have yet to clean out my brothers apartment and will incur more expenses doing so.
It hurts our pride to have to share this, but the fact of the matter is the world is still turner and expenses are still mounting and my parents are having trouble keeping up.
With so many people asking how they can help, I'd greatly appreciate your continued prayers and for you to considering making a small donation to this GoFundMe me which I will ensure gets to my parents to help them meet their basic daily needs, pay high copays and stay afloat with their normal expenses while my dad is being treated and recovering.
