John and Lisa Francis Lahaina Fire Survivors

In 1977, during my first year coaching basketball, I was a basketball assistant at Hawaii Community college. John Francis was a member of that team and through the years I have maintained contact with John. John loves basketball, and he and his wife Lisa have for years, volunteered at the Maui Classic. The video attached was shown in November of 2023 during halftime of the Classic, which was aired on ESPN. John and Lisa lost their home and personal belongings as well as John's business. Lisa works for the Bank of Hawaii and has been since been transferred to the Kahana branch. Myself and my wife, Glenda recently traveled to Maui to spend time with John and Lisa. I feel that it is important to do what I can to help John and Lisa in their time of need. Thank you for your consideration!
