John and Jean Hultin Home Fire Relief Fund

John and Jean Hultin bought their first home in Boulder Creek 33 years ago, where they raised their two children Ben and Michael, as well as many pets. Their well cared for home was always filled with love, as they opened it up to everyone including family, friends and their 5 grandchildren. They consistently worked so hard to turn it into the beautiful house they called their home.

On Tuesday, August 18th they were notified to evacuate as the CZU August Lightning fire was growing closer. We received a phone call on August 21st, that someone was in the area and saw that their home had vanished, together with all of their belongings. The following Monday is when they received pictures of the devastating and heartbreaking truth, their home was gone.

They are currently safe, processing and figuring out their next steps to rebuild their home, in the community that they love, among the redwoods that they've rooted themselves to for so long. While they are holding their memories close in their hearts, if you are able to donate to help make this transition a little easier on them, they would greatly appreciate it.
