Many of you have known John Allocca as a tireless fighter for the people.  Many of you also know that 10 years ago John fought a battle with lung cancer and, despite losing one lung in the fight, beat back the disease.  But the disease took it's toll and John had to accept a small disability retirement from teaching.  It did not pay all the bills, but John found a new career as a translator.  Today the cancer is back and John is again fighting for his life. He is no longer able to work and is now in a long term care facility. This fund is hoping to raise enough money to help John and his family.
