John Albert “Jal” Laylo

Atty. John Albert “Jal” Laylo was visiting the United States with his mother, Leah Laylo, when he was the victim of a senseless shooting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They were in an Uber vehicle to catch a flight to visit family in Chicago when an unknown assailant fired at them. John was struck in the head, and he passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022.

John Albert “Jal” Laylo was 35 years old, a graduate of Makati Science High School, University of the Philippines Diliman (Political Science), De La Salle University (Law), and Central European University in Budapest, Hungary (International Business Law). He is survived by his mother Leah, father Albert, and sisters Ann and Althea.

 

About the Beneficiary: Juan Miguel Trinidad is the cousin of John Albert Laylo. He oversees the management and use of all the donation that will be used to cover funeral expenses and most importantly the overall welfare the Laylo family.
