Many of you have heard about the loss of John A. Kunsak on December 1, 2022. His children, Ann and John were not included in the funeral preparations, and in turn he was buried at St. Josaphat Cemetery.

Ann and John have been in a legal battle to have their dad, John A. Kunsak, buried with their mother. He already has a headstone at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery with his wife Mary Gail Kunsak, and his first wife, Charney Joyce Kunsak.

So far they have incurred attorney and other costs of over $10,000 dealing with the estate and burial. It’s been an ongoing legal battle and the legal process is still continuing, along with the costs. We’ve started a fundraiser to collect donations for to have John A. Kunsak placed to rest where he belongs.
