Hi! My name is Johanna. I am a 43 year old proud mama of 3 (Braydin 16, Lucy 7 and Tylor 3). My husband Patrick and I met in college at Roger Williams over 23 years ago (Sounds crazy putting it into words!) and the rest is history. I have Lupus and was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma Cancer with metastasis to my lung. I began my cancer journey in 2022 when I was first diagnosed with stage 3 malignant melanoma (when my son Tylor was only 4 months old).

I started immunotherapy 2 weeks ago tomorrow and I’ve got a major fight in front of me. I want my family to be able to thrive no matter what, and the ever growing pile of bills from my 3 year battle just keeps growing. I do not want to be a financial burden on my loved ones and I don’t want us to have to worry about anything other than kicking cancer’s butt despite the odds! I have the greatest and most loving family. Please join us in this fight! Give us the tools we need to get through these difficult times.
