Hello! My name is Esparanza Nabor and I'm 6 years young. My mom is Johanna. I fell down the stairs a couple weeks ago and suffered a serious head injury.
Since then, I've been in and out of the hospital a couple times but then starting having seizures and was re-admitted. After more tests, I was transferred to Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago where I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis.
My family and I need your financial support and prayers to help offset medical expenses and while my mom is not working and helping me get better.
