Joey's kidney transplant and medical costs

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am organizing a fundraiser for my husband Joey.

In October 2022, Joey was sick with a sinus infection and after going to the doctors for it, we found out he has high blood pressure. The doctor then decided to run a few tests to see where this new high blood pressure was coming from. The next day they called with his lab work results, and they showed that Joey's kidneys were failing. We were sent to the nephrologist the next day being put on blood pressure medication and told we would be monitoring his labs closley. We had hoped getting his blood pressure under control and diet changed would help his kidneys improve.... unfortunately, he is in stage 5 kidney failure and will be requiring dialysis soon while waiting for a transplant.

This came on suddenly, and has progessed so fast, it has been hard to wrap our minds around it. We would appreciate any donation, love, and prayers. We hope we are able to get a match soon for a new kidney soon.
