Joey V neck surgery

My name is Laurie. My husband John and I Have been married for 7 and a half years. John has 3 boys and 1 girl ranging in ages from 19-25. I have 2 boys and 1 girl ranging in ages from 14-21. This plea for help is for my youngest step-son- 19 year old Joey. (Left of picture). He is a wonderful, caring loving teenager who recently was hired as a Allstate Insurance agent. He left this past Thursday to travel to Punta Cana with his 2 brothers, sister, mother, my 21 year old son and many other family members to attend his cousins wedding. My husband received a call from his ex wife stating that they were on a boat and Joey dove into the water which was shallow fractured his neck in 3 places. We have been on the phone all night trying to bring him home so that we can have him receive care in the US. Due to timing with hospitals We were told that they would fly him out to Ft. Lauderdale Florida to have his surgery. They would not be able to fly him to Rochester to where we live. My husband wil not be able to be with his son for his surgery since we do not have the funds to get there. 
We would need the funds very soon as they will have Joey to the hospital early thus morning. Please consider donating so that my husband is able to be with his son
