Joey tragically passed away in the early hours of October 29 as he was shot and murdered while parking his car outside his home in Philadelphia. He had just celebrated his 33rd birthday on October 22 only to have his life stripped from him by a horrendous act of violence. The culprit has not been apprehended and the police are currently investigating this horrible tragedy.

Joey’s passing has left his family shattered, angry and numb as they anxiously await his murderer to be brought to justice. He was an incredible person who touched the lives of all he met and his legacy will live on through those who loved him. Joey is survived by his mother, Debbie; brother, Jimmy; sisters, Kim and Julie; nieces and nephews, uncles, grandfather and so many more friends and family who will miss him dearly.

Joey did not have any finances set aside to aid in funeral costs and his family have been facing the hardships of the Covid-19 pandemic. If you feel led, please consider donating in order to ease the financial burden for Joey’s family during this grievous time.
