Joey regain his mobility

Meet Joey. He's a sweet 7month old boy who was abandoned after being hit by a car in Calexico, left with a fractured pelvis and unable to walk.  Joey was found on the side of the road, rescued by caring people and brought to Santaluz Animal Care where he received treatment with lots of love, hugs and care. Joey was then sent to Veterinary Specialty Hospital where he was treated with supportive care for diarrhea and regurgitation. He has since had a procedure for the left side of his pelvis but still needs surgery for the right side. Joey is being monitored and resting comfortably but needs our help to be a healthy puppy again.  He is still on the look out for his furever home once he's better.
