PLEASE HELP JOEY GET TO THE UK TO HIS FOREVER HOME

Animal Friends Of Turkey (AFOT) are helping JOEY get to his new home in the UK . Joey was found as a young cat in April this year trying to survive the harsh streets of Turkey, injured, skeletal, flea ridden and terrified. He would not eat or drink only cryed continuously. The vet told us he had been attacked by other cats and couldnt defend himself as he had a severe mouth infection that had destroyed his teeth and would therefore need surgery to remove them. He was only 6 months old.... Joey stayed in the vets for NINE weeks recovering, his recovery took so long because he had been in such bad condition, we found him just in time, we were told another day and he would not have survived.

Realising JOEY had no future if he remained in Turkey on the streets, as he could no longer hunt to survive, we started the 4 month process for him to go to the UK and put an appeal out to find him a home.

JOEY now has an amazing home to go to with a lovely lady who has adopted 2 AFOT dogs, he can travel at the end of this month (Oct 24 ) but ONLY if we can raise the travel costs.

Animal Friends of Turkey (AFOT) do not have any spare funds to help with the travel but have funded all the Export vaccinations, blood tests and neutered him.
