My name is Joey Perez I am 47 years old and I am in the best shape of my life. I am a personal trainer at  Lifetime Fitness in Arizona. With
that being said, On The Morning of the 8th of   June 2020 I had 2 strokes, 4 days later and     many tests the doctors informed me I have a    hole in my heart. PFO.  I am having heart 
surgery on the 19th of September 2020 to
close the hole. 

I am raising money to assist me in paying for
my medical bills. For when I was in the hospital
for 4 days for my strokes. For my surgery on
the 19th of September to close the hole in my heart. Since the surgery is in Virginia I am
having to pay for 2 plane tickets and a hotel
not just for me but for my cousin. She has been kind enough to come with me because after
the surgery I can’t lift anything more than
10 pounds for a week.

In short that is why I am doing a GoFundMe
account. I could use the help.
