Joey Daniels Recovery Fund

This fundraiser is to help pay for medical expenses and physical therapy for firefighter and Elk Mountain Hotshot Joey Daniels. While constructing line on the Ferguson Fire near Yosemite National Park Joey was struck by a falling rock and suffered a severely broken leg. He underwent surgery soon after the incident and has a long, arduous, and costly road of physical therapy ahead. Joey was in his second year as an Elk Mountain Hotshot, and lives up to the title in absolutely every way. He is already hammering hard at recovering and every donation, large or small, will get him one step closer to getting back on the line where he belongs.
