My name is Joey Cappelli and I am a professional golfer from Nashville, TN. I am preparing for my first full professional golf season in 2026. Golf has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a club in my hands and for most of my life this game was the thing that shaped me. After pursuing golf for majority of my life, I stepped away from it for eleven years. But purpose has a way of coming back to you. And two years ago when I picked up a club again, I knew immediately that the fire was still there and that I wasn’t finished.

This past season was about learning to believe in myself again. Learning to let go of the fear of failing. Learning to stay present and focus on the process instead of getting caught up in results. It pushed my limits in every way and showed me that not only do I have what it takes to make it on the PGA Tour, but that nothing is going to stop me from getting there.

This upcoming season is where preparation meets fate. The work is already in motion. The grit, the determination, the dedication, and the perseverance through adversity are all part of the foundation I’ve built. I’m stepping into this season with complete clarity and confidence in the golfer I am becoming and the path I’m on.
