Most of you know that Joey and I have been
friends all of our lives. He is the kinda of friend
that you can always count on. If you have a probl
em, all you have to do is call him. He was in that
terrible explosion in Cordova this week. The gas
line exploded and his loader caught on fire. The
news reported the flames were 40 to 50 feet. He
jumped off the loader and pulled himself to a
creek. Both legs were broken and he has 2nd
and 3rd degree burns over his body.
The life flight is estimated around $40,000 that
insurance covers only a portion. He has a very long
recovery ahead of him. Thank goodness for his
loving children Hunter Beaird and Kaitlynn
Beaird. They have put their lives on hold to help
take care of him. Any donation will be
