You all know how much Joe loves karting, and he has had a lot of success competing over the past few years.

This karting event at Buckmore Park is different; Race For Others is taking place to raise as much money as possible for two fantastic charities - Breast Cancer Now and My Shining Star.

The fancy dress theme is blue or pink. I told Joe that I would pay his entry fee and pay for his fancy dress outfits as long as I can choose what he wears. You can see from the photos that he looks beautiful in his enhanced karting gear! There is also a running race around the track, where participants need to wear inflatable fancy dress (hence the shark). I don't fancy his chances of winning, but he will look amazing!

Please sponsor Joe so we can raise as much money as possible for such great causes (and so Joe feels that his ridicule has been worth it!).
