Joe's MS procedure in Russia

Being misdiagnosed years ago for Multiple Sclerorsis has been devistating, years have gone by and the disease has ravaged my bodily functions, I live in excruciating nerve pain and the disfunction of my life from the disease has taken its toll on my mental stability. Just trying to walk or or doing simple things you take for granted like eating and using the bathroom and sleeping for more than two to three hours are daily challenges.  I have been accepted for a procedure in March of 2018 in Russia involving stem cell technology and chemo therapy and it has a very promising success rate of saving whats left of my life but just the procedure runs $50, 000 not to mention the travel costs and the rehabilitation I will need to go through after the procedure to regain my strength. I am asking for any help possible if you could please find it in your heart since my disease has progressed so far that I have been unable to work and I am mostly bed ridden, thank you for any financial donation possible.
