In Loving Memory of Joe Franco.

I met Joe when I was working on the Lassen National Forest. Joe was a very kind and gentle man and I know that he was he same to many individuals during his career in the Forest Service.

He had a beautiful sole and was a Great Godfather to my my Granddaughters, and was mentor to my son-in-law during difficult times. He was energetic and always smiling and it was his broad smile and the twinkle in his eye that would draw you in. Thank you for being there for my family when I was so far away.

You will always be missed, whether you have know it or not you have impacted many lives. As we all struggle with the loss and wonder why, we pray the GOD will give us guidance, strength and peace.

Joe leaves behind a wife, a daughter, and serval grandchildren.
