It is with deep sadness that I share the sudden and unexpected passing of our family, friend and colleague, Joe Kotara.

Joe professionally was a key member of our Pearl Pools team, serving as a Project Manager. Joe embraced the pool industry with dedication and a willingness to learn. His passion for customer service, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing the right thing made him an invaluable part of our team. He was always ready to support his teammates, share his knowledge, and ensure a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. His presence will be deeply missed.

Personally, Joe was a dedicated father and husband and the sole provider for his family. He loved his wife of 5 years. They built a family and life together. He loved his two sons and spent his spare time playing with them and teaching them new and wonderful things. He loved his family deeply. He truly wanted to provide them a better life.

Joe leaves behind his wife, Rachelle, and their two children, Ryder, age 5, and Max, just 16 months old. Also, his 2 sisters Elizabeth and Emily.

We are trying to help raise money for his family to help cover the cost of memorial services and relocation back home to Arizona where they will have the support of their extended family. Anything that you could donate to this cause would be greatly appreciated.
