Joe's fight against Leukemia!

My name is Julie. My brother in law (Joe) has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia, which requires a long and challenging road ahead. He is married to my oldest sister and has 2 beautiful teenage boys. I am setting up this page for them because there are so many family members and dear friends who want to help and be there for them. We hope to raise enough money to help ease the burden of unexpected medical bills and living expenses. As you know, Joe is self-employed and due to treatment and recovery, will be unable to work for at least a year (maybe longer). My sister (Rosemary) has taken leave from her part time job to care for him. I am hopeful he will get through this. He is about to go through a second round of intensive chemotherapy and will also undergo a bone marrow transplant. It will be a long road, but I am hopeful that it will be a successful one.
