Joe’s 5K for Spinal Cord Injury Awareness

In March 2024 I suffered a spinal cord injury which has left me with life changing injuries. I have been working with a neuro physio 3 times a week and gradually working up to walking longer distances using my sticks. I am a part time wheelchair user. I have just conquered my first mile walking since my accident. I have registered to complete a park run on 21/06/25. If I can complete this 5K, walking using my sticks, it’ll be a huge accomplishment for me.
I want to make my wife and children proud.

I'm raising money in aid of ASPIRE (ASSOCIATION FOR SPINAL INJURY RESEARCH REHABILITATION) and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
