Joel is a 14 year old that currently attends Milestones. He was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease that causes abnormalities in the nerves that supply his feet, legs, hands and arms. Joel has an incredibly positive attitude and is highly motivated to maintain his independence. He is at a point in his life where additional modifications are needed for his home to maximize his independence and reduce caregiver burden. The funds we raise will be for a medically necessary bathroom renovation. We believe our community is wonderful at coming together to support families in need so help us show Joel and his family some LOVE!
