It is that time of year again to celebrate the life of our beautiful son, and big brother to Tori by raising money for the Joel Jeffrey Hain Scholarship fund!

Life is not always easy, and some students struggle with learning disabilites, health issues or personal difficulties that make schoolwork extremely hard. We feel these students deserve recognition for all of the hard work that they put in. Our son Joel worked hard every day with a smile that lit up a room, even through dealing with his own health issues... but he never let that stop him from being awesome in everything he did. He passed away at the age of 12 before achieveing his dream of being President of the United States!!!
We know that life isn't all roses, but Joel taught us that with hardwork (and a great big smile) anyone can pave a path to a bright future. It is our honor to help others reach these goals.
The Joel J Hain scholarship is created for students who work extra hard through their own BIG obstacles, just as our son did on a daily basis. Join us and support a well derserved, hardworking student.
Over the past several years we have been able to give scholarships to students EACH YEAR to support them in reaching their goals by continuing their post secondary education.
Your support and help can go a long way. The scholarship will be offered through central York high school!
