Joel Dark was playing footy on Sunday when the unimaginable happened, he collapsed and is currently in hospital being treated in Intensive Care for critical issues related to a brain injury that nobody knew about.
Darrin, Narelle, Kurt and all of Joel’s family and friends are undoubtedly going to have a long road ahead of them caring for Joel at this time. We want to bring our incredible community together by supporting this very special family at this such a difficult time, we figured a gofundme page is the best way to show our support.
We’d like to raise as much as possible to help cover some of the out of pocket expenses and even though we know that Joel’s family wouldn’t want a bar of it, these are uncertain times and it’s important for them to know that we are here if they need us.
Porky and Corco (Paul Worboys and Chris Corcoran) are lifelong friends of Joel and the Dark family and the funds raised will be held in a trust account in order to directly support the Dark family at this time.
