On Sunday, February 16, 2019 around 1 am, Joel was shot in the neck during a senseless altercation, immediately severing his spinal cord.
Joel is permanently paralyzed from the neck down. He is a quadriplegic and will require extensive medical care, rehabilitation and appropriate handicap accommodations in the future including a handicap accessible home, handicap accessible van and necessary medical equipment.
Joel & Lisa’s financial livelihood was supplied by the business they owned and operated together. We need your help to provide them the life changing, necessary means for Joel’s rehabilitation.
