Hello, our names are Justin and Amy Adelsberger. We are starting this campaign for our amazing brother and brother in law Joel Schwartz. We are asking for donations to go towards Joel's previous and current increasingly high medical exspenses and his wife Staci's lost wages for getting him to and from his many appointments. The local VFW has donated a hoveround power chair for him to use. Now he needs a vehicle lift kit for his wifes vehicle.

Joel has been sick for many years with numerous auto-immune disorders, chronic pain from degenerative disc and joint disease. He has severe arthritis in his neck and throughout his spine. Joel's pain is so bad, he is unable to stand upright and can only stand for a few minutes. He has not worked since July of 2015 and is 100% disabled. He is in the process of getting disablilty which could take up to a year or more. He has already had 3 back surgeries in the last several years and now needs neck surgery to correct pinched nerves and replace discs.

Its very hard for our family to see Joel in this debilitating state, especialy since he has always been so athletic, outgoing and loved playing softball with his buddies and golfing. Its heartbreaking to now see him confined to just his home.

Joel and Staci have always been there for my family and others when needed. Now they need us. We are asking for donations to ease some of the financial burden because of medical exspenses and only one income. With your prayers and support we know we can make a difference.
