Joel & Roberta Judd Need Help
Donation protected
Hi everyone, Joel and Roberta need our help.
The family who has always helped, now finds themselves in desperate need for help themselves. Please find it in your heart to help our neighbors.
Just about everyone in our town has their own story of being blessed by the Judds. Their kind-heartedness, generosity and willingness to help anyone at anytime truly defines exactly who they are. Joel was born and raised here, and to so many is a staple of this town. Bo moved to town in the late 70’s and has made it her mission to spread love and kindness to this town ever since! To them that’s what life is all about, and they have raised their girls, Krystal and Coralynne with the same beliefs. As a family, the Judds have served our town in more ways than you could count, from being a Lifetime Member of the Sherman Volunteer Fire Department and a Constable for many years (Joel); serving on multiple boards and committees; plowing neighbors and those alike out in the middle of a snowstorm so ambulances and or fire trucks could get in or out, or simply so you could get to work; helping out at town functions; being a Girl Scout Leader; volunteering at Vacation Bible School and as a class parent; allowing the Town to park fire trucks on their property during the firehouse re-construction; or using their backhoe at any hour of the night to help a farmer in crisis; and organizing numerous meal trains and fundraisers to benefit a neighbor/family in need. This town wouldn’t be the same without them!
Sherman is their hometown, and they have always embraced its community as family. Whatever their fellow townspeople needed such as a safe place for everyone to assemble year after year for the annual Memorial Day Parade and countless other “unseen” acts of loving kindness - we all have always been able to on the Judds!
Now, they desperately need our help. They are fighting an uphill battle, simply to keep their home, their property and the family afloat. In the midst of a very difficult struggle, fragile health and insurmountable growing expenses both their livelihood and their ability to stay in their beloved town is being seriously threatened.
Please find it in your heart to help this amazing family. I know they will be forever grateful for whatever amount you are able to contribute.
