Hi, I am Dave Foley and I am raising funds to help with the costs of the funeral services of Joel Roach, who passed away on November 4, 2021. In addition to these costs, the family will also be traveling to California from Utah to make arrangements to pack and bring his belongings home. As you may or may not know, his father Troy has recently undergone surgery and his mother Lori has recently completed radiation treatments for cancer.
