You may know Joel Osorio, for some people he is one of our dedicated drivers for Wolfgang Puck Catering, a houseman that helps set up events and a cook when he needs to jump in and help his fellow chefs in kitchen.
For some, he is a father of two precious little girls Kaylen (9) and Josh (6), which both are in cheerleading at school. They go to tournaments in where Joel as a father takes his girls to, every practice they have at school, he is always involved in there everyday life. But not just a family man, his also helped out others in need, he has gather groups of people for the holidays and help those in need with clothing, food, toiletries to blankets. Truck loads parked along the side walk in downtown and handing out items for all those in need.
For others he is just a funny guy to socialize with and tell you a few life stories of his own.
Our dear friend Joel Osorio has been suffering with Chronic Heart Failure for the past 5 years. During those 5 years he suffered a Stroke that lead him straight to the hospital for further exams. He has been going through treatments in the hospital twice a week for the past year now.
Recently the doctor has told him that his condition is getting worse and he needs to get a Coronary Artery Bypass. This procedure is used to treat people who have Severe Coronary Heart Disease that could lead to a heart attack. His condition is weak and getting weaker by the day, the doctor is saying he may have less than 2 years to live if he doesn’t get bypass done soon.
He is scheduled to get surgery done in December 2018, with that being said, he has a very short time to spend time with his daughters and raise 32K to get procedure done in Cuba.
I am reaching out to all his friends, co-workers, family, and anyone out there that can help him raise money to get the surgery done. Thank you all in advance, god bless you all.
