It Is with a sorrowful heart that I have to set up this account. This beautiful soul, taken to soon. It was not supposed to be this way. I struggle to even find the words that could ever express the impact Joel would have had on this earth. God’s plan for this wonderful soul was to lead generations to salvation. Death will not stop the purpose for Joel’s life.

I have set up a separate account just for these donations. All money will be used so you can come and pay your respects to this beautiful soul. I do not have the showing or service times, as the money has to be raised to cover the funeral service and cremation before I can set a date. I know this is the holiday season and funds are tight for everyone, so I am thankful for anything that you can gift. All leftover funds will be spilt between his kids.

Joel is survived by his parents Nydia Hernandez and Jorge Rivera, and his brother Carlos Rivera. Sons Ryan Rivera and Gavin Belknap, and daughter Nayara Rivera.
