Hi, my name is Josh Chapman, a friend of the Hamilton family and I am raising money to help Anna and the girls. I first met Joel and Anna through our local softball program here in Park Ridge and we quickly became friends, later discovering our shared connection to Virginia.

Joel was a loving husband and father who tragically passed away on August 10th - much too soon at 42. While the family is grief-stricken and processing his unexpected passing, we know that they will need support from all of us in the coming days/weeks/months. Many of us are anxious to help; but aren't sure where to start. We also know that the future support the family will need includes financial support. That is why I am starting this fundraiser now.

All of the funds from this fundraiser will go directly to Anna helping cover the family's expenses from this tragedy, and as we exceed the goals additional funds will go to college accounts for the girls.
