On the early hours of Sunday morning, July 21st our lives were tragically changed forever. Our sweet baby boy Joel Vargas went home to heaven. He will forever be remembered as a young man of few words with a contagious beautiful yet bashful smile. He had a kind heart, was a loving, generous, and hard-working young man. He will forever be missed by his entire family.
