Help Joe Domjan's family

This is a picture of TWO LEGENDS... a very special human and some of his proudest creations.

The MAN is Joe Domjan, our longtime partner and friend who was recently diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. He has not been able to work, so we're kindly asking for donations to help him and his family with mounting medical and other health care related costs. The family also has a GoFundMe that many of our team (including Mark and I) already contributed to, but we wanted ours to focus on the great contributions Joe makes to Wood Violins.

 

Joe has one of the biggest hearts of anyone we’ve ever known and has been a treasured and beloved member of our Wood Violins family for over 35 years... When WV President and electric violin innovator Mark Wood discovered that Joe was the only one who could handle and repair his personal 7-string fretted Viper electric violin, it didn't take long for Mark to steal Joe away from Sam Ash so the two of them could start building Mark's Vipers for the masses. From the humble beginnings in Joe's basement to his magical barn (the current home of the WV shop), Joe has helped to fulfill thousands upon thousands of string players’ dreams from every corner of the world...

 

Joe is our partner, our friend, our BROTHER; and we are committed to doing everything in our power to give back by helping him at this time when he needs it the most. Please consider donating... any amount will help.
