Joe was recently diagnosed with stage four lung cancer which has already spread through his body.  His wife, Vicki, is his primary care giver and because he was self-employeed, they do not have health insurance.  Joe is currently receiving treatments at home and is on oxygen 24/7 which has made him unable to work.

His family and friends have been by his side during this hard time but financial worries never go away.  This fund has been established to assist Joe with his medical treatments and the costs associated with them.
