Joe's campaign for Make-A-Wish Foundation UK

Hi, My name is Joe and this year I have spent more time in the hospital than at school due to my illness - I have since been nominated to receive a wish from the make a wish foundation. You may have heard of them they grant wishes to those with life-changing / long illnesses and those with a terminal illness. Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Make-A-Wish Foundation UK and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
