On September 3, 2025, our family would lose our beloved Papa Joe to a horrific and evil crime. Our family is seeking answers and justice in this murder case. To help detectives with their efforts to find the suspect(s), we are wanting to raise funds to be used for a cash reward for anyone who has information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of this criminal. We are hoping to offer a $5,000 cash reward. Funds above $5,000 will be used to pay for his tombstone. Funds raised above $10,000 will be given to Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC) in memory of Joe Salinas. This national organization has a presence in Oklahoma and helps veterans establish themselves in agriculture. The FVC provides support, resources, and networking opportunities for veterans who are entering or expanding their farming operations.
