We are sad to announce that Joe "Red" Briesath lost his fight to cancer Wednesday, July 21, 2021.

His funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, July 28 at 1 p.m. at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in White Bear Lake, with the visitation beginning at noon.

We learned in February 2021 that Little Brother was diagnosed with stage-4 colon Cancer with a first prognosis of 6 months to 2 years. We, of course, were praying for the 2 years, but the cancer has since suggested otherwise. Even with chemo, Joe's cancer is aggressive and has not slowed down. The most recent prognosis has shortened his timeline to 2 months or less.

We estimate funeral costs to exceed 14k, so Joe has asked for support from family and friends to help cover the costs.

Every dollar helps to create the funeral that Joe is hoping for.
